Candlelit Yin Yoga

Slow down, soften, and reconnect in this deeply restorative candlelit Yin Yoga class. Practiced in a calm, ambient space illuminated by soft candlelight, this class invites you to unwind the body, quiet the mind, and release built-up tension through long, passive stretches.

Yin Yoga targets the deeper layers of connective tissues, joints, and fascia, helping to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall balance in both body and nervous system. Poses are held for several minutes with mindful breathing, encouraging stillness, presence, and deep relaxation.
