Cancellation & Waitlist Policy

We understand that plans can change. These guidelines help us keep class availability fair for everyone.

Cancellations

Classes can be cancelled without penalty up to 6 hours before the scheduled start time.

Any cancellation made less than 6 hours before the class is considered a Late Cancellation.

We offer one complimentary Late Cancellation or No-Show — because sometimes things happen.

After the first complimentary occurrence:

1 day deducted from your membership.

2 days deducted from your membership.

There are no monetary cancellation fees.

If you are using a class package:

Cancellation 6+ hours before class

Class credit returned

Late Cancellation

1 class credit deducted

No-Show

1 class credit deducted

Being on a waitlist does not mean that you will automatically be booked into the class.

When a place becomes available, our Reception Team will contact clients on the waitlist in order of priority.

Your booking will only be confirmed once you accept the available spot.

If you do not respond or can no longer attend, the place may be offered to the next client on the waitlist.

Simply being on a waitlist never carries a cancellation penalty.

Once you accept the spot and your booking is confirmed, the standard Cancellation Policy applies.

Freeze is not included.

Up to 10 freeze days during your membership period.

Up to 20 freeze days during your membership period.

When your membership is frozen, its expiry date is extended by the same number of days.
