You’ll use barbells, dumbbells, and compound exercises to build real strength.

HIIT 35 MIN
A fast-paced, full-body strength & conditioning workout — all done in just 35 minutes.
You’ll move through short, intense intervals using:
– Dumbbells
– Bodyweight exercises
– Cardio drills
This class is designed to build muscle, burn serious calories, and boost your engine — all while keeping things fun, efficient, and effective.
